WHY DID YOU START YOUR BUSINESS? 

I wanted to start my business so I can have time and freedom of location. When I opened my "doors", my husband was still in the United States Air Force and I knew we could possibly travel around. I wanted a business that could go with me anywhere I went.

WHAT CHALLENGES HAVE YOU FACED AND OVERCOME?

One of the challenges was getting my spouse to be fully onboard with my business. He has supported me a lot in my business, but it has always been an undercurrent of "when will this work?" Not to say he hasn't always supported me, because he has, it took him a while to see my business take off and how it can support our lifestyle.

WHAT’S THE BEST ADVICE YOU’VE RECEIVED ABOUT RUNNING A BUSINESS: 

Breathe. Be in my body. Slow down and breathe.

OUR “IMPACT” FAMILY IS DRIVEN BY EMPOWERING WOMEN TO ACTIVATE THEIR BEST LIFE THROUGH THE FREEDOM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP. HOW DO YOU DEFINE IMPACT?

Impact means to me that I am helping others create their own tidal waves. I create a tidal wave that will, in return, create mini or big tidal waves in others. When there are constant tidal waves rolling, we all win because we're all impacting someone else's life with our own tidal waves.
